Shipping

Shipping is FREE for orders over EUR 800,- €. 

Your order will be delivered by DPD.

For orders under EUR 800,- €, a flat shipping rate of EUR 16,- € will be charged.

For oversized packages (such as some bicycles and long cross country skis), we charge 79,- € even if the order value exceeds 800,- €.
These packages will be delivered by DHL.

We ask you to check the package condition when recieving from carrier. Visible damage has to be documented with the driver via damage report and copy sent to us.
If you find any further damage to the unpacked goods later, please report them within 3 days of delivery.

Warning – in case of not accepting the delivered shipment from the carrier without prior agreement with our e-shop, we reserve the right to charge a special fee in the amount of postage that the customer would pay for the delivery. The same applies in those cases where the carrier does not meet the customer at the pre agreed address for the return collection of goods ordered through our e-shop. We can request the payment of this fee even in those cases where the delivery was originally free.

Accepted payment methods (advance payment):

• PayPal
  You can pay here quickly, securely and comfortably with the PayPal payment system. If you choose this method of payment, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal application at the end of the order. If you are a PayPal client, then just log in with your user details and confirm the payment. Otherwise, you can simply create an PayPal account and immediately confirm the payment of the order. PayPal's terms and conditions can be found on the PayPal website.
• Visa / MasterCard
  You can also pay here comfortably and securely by debit or credit card (MasterCard and VISA). We use a solution from the GOPAY company. At the end of the order, you will be redirected to the GOPAY payment gateway. The debit time is immediately after the order has been sent.
• Google Pay
  By choosing this payment method from Google, you can pay easily and quickly with your "customized" Google Account. We use a solution from the GOPAY company. At the end of the order you will be redirected to the GOPAY payment gateway.
• Apple Pay
  With this Apple payment system, you can pay for your order comfortably and exclusively on Apple devices. This payment method is automatically offered in your cart if you place your order on an Apple device. We use a solution from the GOPAY company. At the end of the order you will be redirected to the GOPAY payment gateway.
• Bank transfer
  When choosing this method of payment, you will receive an email with a summary after sending the order. Please transfer the entire charged amount, including the invoice or order number, to the specified bank account number. The goods remain reserved from the time of the order until the payment is credited to our bank account. This period takes up to 24 hours. The ordered goods will be sent after receipt of your payment.
