Information Regarding the Application of Promotions / Discount Codes

• Holders of discount codes (a.k.a. discount passwords, promo codes) may apply the relevant discount on their purchase in the e-shop at skiandbikes.nl.
• Entitlement to the discount is proven by typing the discount code into the “promo code” field on the order form at www.skiandbikes.nl.
• Any other conditions for receiving discounts are set forth along with the relevant discount code. Should these other conditions include a request for additional information, this information should be set forth in the “Notes” field on the order form at www.skiandbikes.nl. Should one of the requirements for applying the discount code be a minimum order amount, the customer may apply the discount code only to orders which are equal to or more than the required minimum amount.
• Percentage discounts can be applied only to the original retail price (i.e. the regular price) of the goods in the e-shop.
• Should your discount code entitle you to a percentage discount, this discount may not be combined with any other discount, such as special discounts on individual items in the e-shop, other discount codes, etc. If a special discount on a specific item in the e-shop is higher than that which would be granted by the discount code, the customer can take advantage of the higher special discount.
• If the discount code provides a discount in a specific financial amount, the discount will be subtracted from the price marked as “special price” or “our price” (i.e. the price prior to the application of any special discount on the original retail price), and only once, i.e. on one order = one sent order form at www.skiandbikes.nl.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or be otherwise refunded.
• The e-shop operator reserves the right to terminate the validity of any discount code at any time, without any right to compensation.
• Discount codes obtained at ski resorts are valid yearly from December 15 to May 31, and may be used on skis, snowboards, and ski and snowboard equipment.
• Exaction of or claims to discounts through legal action is not permissible.
